The Fontanini Nativity tradition carried on here at House of Fontanini began over 100 years ago in Bagni di Lucca, Italy, in the hills of Tuscany, by Emanuele Fontanini. Since opening his first shop in 1908, the Fontanini family has become world-renowned for heirloom-quality Nativity figures. Each piece is meticulously sculpted, molded, and hand-painted by skilled artisans.

Today, House of Fontanini proudly continues this legacy, offering retail and e-commerce sales direct to collectors and institutions. For over 25 years, we’ve remained a locally owned small business dedicated to sharing these meaningful works of art from our Minnesota warehouse.
