The reimagined Stella Gown, style PS26000 is a gorgeous fitted evening gown by Portia and Scarlett. Featuring a strapless bodice with corset top, the dress has ruching around the waist. The gown has netting at the bottom to allow it to \"puddle\" at your feet, with a train.
