Ordering Process:

Design Proof: Our team will email you a digital design proof within two (2) days of order placement. To ensure the highest accuracy, please print the proof or view the digital document at 100% zoom.

Production: Once you approve the design proof, we will begin production on your Momento. Allow approximately 2-10 days for production and shipping before you get your item(s). Production times are subject to change around the holiday season.
