This season we have partnered with artist Marion Griese for two of our modern Batik Prints, the Momentum and Laughing Prints. Griese is a Canadian artist from the Niagara region whose vibrant and colourful abstract paintings are intuitive responses to the beauty she finds in both natural and urban environments. She extracts elements from what she observes, reimagining them into simplified shapes and colours to form harmonious and expressive compositions. Sustainable and ethical, these artisanal handcrafted pieces incorporate our love of art and support traditional techniques empowering local artisans, preserving cultural heritage.
