We are happy to accept returns/exchanges on any unopened or unused wefts. Wefts must be rolled with ties still intact. If you have any issues with the hair once installed, please get in touch with us.

Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of the original purchase. We are happy to exchange the wefts for hair of the same value. Returns are given as store credit with a 10% restocking fee. Wefts that has been used or opened are not eligible.
