Measuring is super easy. Use a string (or even a phone cord charger) and wrap around your ankle where you want it to lay-I prefer just above my ankle bone. Measure the string against a tape measure and add 1/4\" to 1/2\" to that length depending on how you want it to fit on your ankle. If your sizing is in between the size listed just leave me a note when checking out with your custom size!
