The CITIZEN PROMASTER line of professional sports watches offers superior functionality to ignite the imagination. Three new Eco-Drive*1 combination watches featuring the new Cal. U830 movement will be released from the PROMASTER collection.

CITIZEN is releasing three new combination Eco-Drive watches equipped with the new Cal. U830 movement. The digital display on the dial uses a Memory In Pixel (MIP) display for improved visibility and more detailed time and date displays compared to conventional segmented LCDs. MIP displays are also easier to read outdoors in natural sunlight. The light level indicator function*2 visualizes the power generated by Eco-Drive. The indicator has improved visibility and it can display power generation for the past seven days, making it easy to check the remaining power level. Functions include a world time function that displays local time in 43 cities around the world plus UTC. The combination analogue/digital dial makes it possible to display local time in two different cities simultaneously. The world time display can be switched over with one simple step. These new models also have an alarm that can be set for specific days of the week. The bezel can be used as a pilot’s slide rule for easy multiplication, division, and calculation of speed and distance.

The bold hands and indices make these watches instantly readable, and the lume ensures superior visibility in low light conditions. The three sub-dials are inspired by dials in the cockpit of an airplane. The fine details and the subtle sheen of the indices and the pilot’s slide rule on the bezel give these pilot’s watches an appealing blend of functionality and style. The case, inspired by aircraft design, is just the right size at 43 mm, making itperfect for coordinating with business attire.
