Japanese Pharmacopoeia Licorice: 3.0g per daily dose (1 packet of 3g)

Directions:
For adults (15 years and older): Start by boiling water. You\'ll need about 1 cup (240 mL) of water per teabag. Place the licorice tea teabag into your cup or mug. Pour the boiling water over the teabag in your cup. Allow it to steep for about 5 to 10 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea. The longer you steep, the stronger the flavor. After steeping, remove the teabag from the cup.
