Japanese Catalpa tea is a natural diuretic, known for its detoxifying and anti-inflammatory effects in Chinese and Japanese herbal medicine.

How to prepare:

Boil 1 tea bag in 600 mL of water.

Simmer on low heat until the water is reduced to about 400 mL.

Remove the tea bag and any residue.

Storage:
