In this duo, Asa Tsuyu Blend is our light roast, crafted from Colombia, Brazil, and Ethiopia—selected to highlight a clean cup, gentle brightness, and a sweet aroma without becoming sharp. Hokkaido Blend is our most popular medium roast, built from Colombia, Brazil, Honduras, and Indonesia—crafted for a smoother, deeper profile with satisfying body and balance.
