How to use it

Apply to skin approximately 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply frequently, especially after physical activity (sweat may wash away some of the cream) or swimming. For external use only. Not to be swallowed. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if signs of irritation or rash appear. If irritation or rash persists, consult a doctor.
