Warranty

Primo offers a robust warranty program for its ceramic grills. To the original purchaser, all ceramic components are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty, with a guarantee extending for twenty (20) years. Metal components, excluding those made from cast iron, come with a five (5) year warranty. Cast iron parts, along with valves, knobs, and all other parts and accessories, are covered for one (1) year. The thermometer and felt gaskets have a warranty period of thirty (30) days. This warranty is confined to the repair or replacement of parts that, upon thorough inspection under normal use, are found to be defective by Primo. Please note that labor costs are not covered under this warranty.
