The Winholt NHPL-1810/HHC is a non-insulated heater and proofer cabinet. It offers forced air circulation to provide even heat. The proof/humidity mode can reach up to 95% humidity at 110°F and the heat mode has a maximum temperature of 180°F. It has aluminum construction, engineered with durability in mind. It has corner bumpers to protect the unit and surrounding areas from bumps and scrapes. Its 5\" polyurethane plate casters make it easy to maneuver.

This NHPL-1810/HHC non-insulated heater and proofer cabinet is NSF certified.
