HOT ! Augie Type-SH Walnut Shearling

The Augie makes an elegant house shoe, and yet is durable enough to be worn around town as a loafer. Fully lined in calf with a padded insole for cushioning - the rubber outsole is stitched through to the interior of the shoe for long lasting grip and comfort.

This model has a hand-sewn vamp stitch, and is made up in a finely napped calf suede from the Tuscan tannery Sciarada. At 1.2mm thick, this suede is soft and supple, and can be carefully brushed to maintain its rich pile, or left alone to develop a timeworn patina. The lightweight, foam midsole is neatly wrapped in a complimentary dark brown calf leather.

The Augie Type-S is built around August Special\'s proprietary Harry Last, this version modified to create the closer fit required in a slip-on shoe. The toe profile and overall expression remain the same as the iconic Harry.
