Priyanka\'s singlet is made of 100% cotton that is hand-printed with the authentic block print technique. The fabric is stamped with wooden blocks. Each color is a separate layer. These selected prints were either leftovers from a previous production, or were rejected due to colors that turned out differently during drying than intended. Drying simply takes place outside in the sun, so on days when it is cloudy, the colors look different than when there is a clear blue sky. These prints have been developed by a family print house in Jaipur, which is managed by a brother and sister, who are the childhood friends of Priyanka, the owner of our partner Vastraashi who is also based in Jaipur. The straps are adjustable and each print is available in two sizes, S/M and L/XL.
