1960\'s Vintage Oriental Velveteen Handbag

This is one of the loveliest oriental handbags I have ever seen. It is done in a deep royal blue velveteen with gorgeous silk light blue and royal blue embroidery.

The embroidery is done on a coral background with accents of gold stitching. This handmade silk embroidery is one of most difficult types of embroidery to do.

The stones on the clasp are coral, blue, and tiny rhinestones. The inside opens to a coral liner with a beautiful inside pocket also embroidered, see picture #2.

The chain handle is petite with a 6\" drop (see the next to the last picture). It would be beautiful as an evening bag, but equally stunning with jeans for a night out!
