The innovative Memphis Elevate™ built-in pellet grill offers a unique and modern design, along with our exclusive Direct Flame Technology. With a versatile configuration, it allows for separate purchase of the grill head and add-on accessory packages to use as a built-in or freestanding cart. This grill is capable of smoking, braising, grilling, roasting, baking, and searing, with a temperature range of 180 - 600 degrees. The controller features two open flame modes and can reach over 900 degrees with the Direct Flame Insert, Genie Tool, and Meat Probe. Constructed with dual-wall, 430 stainless steel and oven-grade gasketing, it also has a 12-pound pellet hopper and optional Extended Grate Kit for even more grilling space. The front tool bar and three convenient ports for the meat probe make cooking more convenient and precise.
